HDPE without a central mesh fabric has poor physical tensile strength.
The coating uses virgin PVC granules, making it waterproof and more environmentally friendly.

This is for small aquaponics fish tanks, making installation easier; we can weld the frame together at the factory.
Stainless steel frame
Designed for high-temperature, high-humidity fish farming environments, as well as marine shrimp farming. More durable and rust-resistant.
- Round Galvanized Pipe Frame: Flexible customization available; uses hot-dip galvanized steel pipes; can be made into round or square tanks.
- Square Galvanized Pipe Frame: Suitable for rectangular tanks with a height less than 1.2m; easier to install.

For tarpaulin, virgin materials should be used to avoid harmful components found in recycled materials.
Choose materials with a mesh reinforcement to ensure the tarpaulin’s tensile strength.
Select materials with a double-sided coating and UV resistance to increase its lifespan for outdoor use.
- For large-scale aquaculture, galvanized stock tanks are recommended.
- For humid environments or marine aquaculture, stainless steel frames are recommended.
- To reduce costs, galvanized steel pipe frames are an option.
- Based on the height of the aquaculture tank, generally consider 0.5mm for tanks under 60cm, 0.7mm for tanks under 80cm, and 0.9mm for tanks between 80cm and 150cm.
- Based on the type of frame, for galvanized pipe frames, 0.7mm or 0.9mm is recommended. For galvanized steel plate fully supported frames, 0.5mm or 0.9mm is a good choice.
- Currently, tarpaulin with a thickness of 0.4mm or other thicknesses ≤0.5mm is not recommended, as its tensile strength and durability cannot be guaranteed.
When used correctly, tarpaulin requires no maintenance.
